Are you all figured out?

So I'm 26 and still living at home with my mom, no job in sight. Taking my master's degree though, but let me tell you, my thesis is giving me all sorts of trouble right now. Last year I had a job and was out on my own-kinda-but it was such a drag, I ended up missing a bunch of school stuff. So this yaer, I decided to take a step back and focus on wrapping up my degree, you know? But here's the thing-I've started an internship, and honestly, my thesis is just not doing it for me anymore. Like, there's no motivation left in the tank, which is weird because I was super into it at first. And to top it off, who knows if I'll even land a job in my field? But hey, I can definitely work other types of jobs if needed. Oh, and I should totally finish this internship; only got like a month left.

I mean, you'd think by 26 everything would be more figured out-like having your own place, having some kind of career going, even just dating someone or something-but honestly, nothing really feels sorted at all. Plus there's always the worry about starting a family too someday. It's jusst such a mess right now. But here's another thing to think about-the job market is seriously tough where I'm from. Everyone struggles with finding work and making ends meet on minimum wage, so moving out of my parents' place seems like an uphill battle. Just makes everything feel even more daunting, you know?

Hey there! I feel ya, there are tons of folks just like you. Actually, I head about this on the news the other day too. For me, it took until my forties to really start figuring things out-like literally, everything from career stuff to personal goals. And honestly, I was still living with my parents here and there till I hit 33. It's a journey though, right? So keep your head up on this wild ride called life!

I guess you're so young that you don't really need to have everything figured out yet.
Everyone's life takes a different path, right?
There aren't any set rules about when something is the right time.
Just focus on yourself and what's happening now, instead of worrying about stuff you can't control.
We're all just trying our best, I think.
