Trigger warnings: SA, suicide

I recently found out that my dad had sexaully abused someone, so I had to report it. It was really hard, and I'm only 15 years old. After that, he wasn't allowed at home anymore and put on house arrest with another family member. But then sadly, he ended his own life. This has been extremely tough for me.

To make things worse, he was also verbally abusive throughout my childhood. I just wanted to share this here if it helps anyone else going throgh something similar.

I have been dealing with some challenges related to my relationship with my mother. It has been quite complex. I do have supportive friends, though. Recently, I diiscovered an application that allows me to discuss these issues further and connect with others.

Hey there! I totally get where you're coming from, and it's really tough. Sharing how you feel with your support group or anyone close can make a huge difference. Don't go off into a corner alonne-company is key when stuff like this happens. The people around you want to help and will be there for you if you let them.

Whatever went down was out of your hands, so no need to beat yourself up about it. Sometimes life throws us curveballs that don't feel fair or right, and that's okay to acknowledge. Take some time to process everything, and try not to rush through the healing part. It might help to break things down into small daily steps.

Remember, you've got a support system there for you-use them! There's no shame in leaning on others during rough times. Be kind to yourslef as you work through this. Healing isn't quick, but with care and patience, it'll get better. Sending you warmth adn strength.
