Women's circle chat - july 11, 2026

Hey there, lovely ladies!

Our Women's Circle is back this Saturday, July 11th, 2026 at 10 am EDT in the Support Session Room for adults on 7 Cups.

This week we're diving into Women and Caregiving-how it's often expected that women will take care of everyone else without expecting much in return. It can be exhausting, both mentally and physically. But remember, you don't have to bear this burden alone!

We'll chat about the invisible labor, always being "on call," and how caregiving affects who we are as individuals. Pls, we'll tlk about that lingering guilt of taking time for yourself, the toll it can take on your wallet and social life,and figuring out boundaries that respect your own needs while still supporting others.

If you're currently a caregiver or have been in the past, this is your place to share stories, reflect, and find some comfort. Your well-being matters too! ️
