Need Advice

Started working here 2 months ago, told them about my disabilities on the application and during onboarding. New manager says I call in sick too much even though it's only been twice. They told me to think if staying is worth it because I might get sicker. Never asked if I need accommodations or if I'm okay. Feels like they want me to quit.

I was thinking maybe a lot of workplaces aren't really understanding about sick days if you hvae disabilities. They usually ask you to stay home if you're running a fever though, since being sick often means you just need rest and sleep. I guess they mainly care if you can still get worrk done efficiently. Some managers might be more supportive after getting to know you better over time, but it could take a while for that relationship to form. A lot of people don't really understand the specifics of different health issues, so your manager not asking about how they could help doesn't seem unusual. I was wondering if, aside from your disabilities, you're able to do your job duties when you're working?
